I also live in Neiman-Marcus country, so if I can help, let me know. I have spoken with the manager of their #1 store on more than one occasion. Some managers actually really enjoy handling customer issues like this.

can you believe 648.00- (on sale) for what looks like a crochet houseslipper- it just blows my mind- and it's not even a real designer- if it were like a prada crochet houseslipper- I could understand ( though that would not justify it )
