I think her problem is not that she became ugly, but a bad fashion sense.

Dye your hair darker, learn to use make up and buy designer clothes and I think she'll be fab again.

WOW, she looks so gorgeous here! I agree, dark (a little orange hair) suits her SO MUCH!
