“Manhattan Tango” is a handle that grabs you. And one that perfectly captures Donna Karan’s beautiful resort collection. “Today, it has to be an emotional purchase,” Karan said, “so there’s a bit of fantasy. But the clothes have to work.” And do they ever, starting with the draped dresses that look as fabulous in cotton jersey as in silk georgette. But it’s not all girly girl: Karan works the his-for-her side in tailored jackets and an elegant tuxedo. And for that touch of olé: big skirts in bold patterns with shots of pink and red.

Not bad, like the black printed dress and good to see her using stipes and prints rather than just plain bold colors.

I like it.

I wish the ruby shoes were higher though. The b/w striped dress has a gorgeous movement on the body and I love how it is fastened around the waist. It looks gentle yet shapely. The black blazer is nothing new, but also quite beautiful.

And I really enjoy the very last look. The scarlet is very blinding and beautiful.

Beautiful.
That striped dress is gorgeous. That black jacket and trousers are wonderfully relaxed but the above-ankle length is boring now.
Though I like the red skirt, it's edging towards the de la Renta scene.
Love that black blouse.
Really, really nice. Best cruise yet.

Not a fan, I only like the first two pieces.

There are some moments of beauty, but overall it's an unfocused mess that doesn't come to close to living up to the standard she set with her pre-fall or f/w collections.
