I like the idea of putting up a decal but my school doesn't allow them. I love this thread... I really hope it gets revived a bit more. I am moving into my first dorm room in a month and I am nervous about the whole rooming situation/decor but after reading though this thread I have come upon some great ideas for my room!

Most decals come off pretty easily. My friend had put some up in her home and when she felt the feng shui was no longer right, she moved her furniture and the decals peeled off very easily.
