yeah but you know what I meant by ordinary? it's just that every other girl could be a model coz every other girl has that interesting or less interesting face. she's not a typical model, that's what I meant...I certainly do like different kind of beauty but hers is not that appealing.

I agree with you, she just doesn't strike me as a model like many of the other girls do. She might be different looking, but that in itself does not mean she should be categorized as a model, though obviously others in the industry and here think opposite of what I and you think, but I guess everyone has a taste that appeals to them.

Not the models but the show in itself is distasteful and not fashion in my opinion. And none of the models that do it look good when they do it, and I think that it cheapens their image.

I think maybe in recent years the show has become a circus but before in the year of 2005 and prior to it, it was something truly special. They used to look stunning, in fact every model in the 2005 show looked amazing, but sadly it has lost its appeal in these recent years. I do somewhat agree that it has become cheaper but what started out was something amazing. 2005 was the benchmark of how a VS show should be. Now its become too commercial with glittery unnecessary outfits that take away more so than contributing to the show. But its impossible to blame VS for it, more restrictions by CBS, economic downturn and a fading crowd has produced this result. But one thing I do like about VS show even now is that it puts the girls on the map as they say. Its nice to have a company use models in a world where celebs are front and center in magazines and campaigns. I don't think it cheapens their image at all, in fact it broadens their appeal. Heck I would never know who Dorothea or half of the other girls were had I not seen VS. Maybe sometimes the look itself is cheap, but I don't think any of the girls, ok maybe barring a few, come across cheap, though the show itself has taken a serious downfall.
