so nice in interviews, but maybe she was just in a bad mood

I saw a documentary about her on youtube and she was moaning at a wardrobe person; but you don't see what happened before that so it's hard to judge

'Maybe at the end of Paris yea I get a little moody - I don't mean to'

So I guess the interviewer had heard something about her being moody.

And what you see to on a video is that she gets a pair of shoes witch are to big. Then she says `No, I can not do this` witch right she has to stand out for herself! If she falls during the show they blaming her, not the assistant....

I´m happy she stand out for herself because she is so nice that people will walk over her and its important to protect yourself.

No, she should not have defended her right to have a fair sized shoe.

If she was a good cooperative model she would have grabbed some scissors and cut off her toe right then and there no hesitations.

If the shoe was too big or small Doutzen could have asked for a different size in a nicer manner or just put up with it. However, I'm not saying that she always behaves like this (we all have our bad days) but her behaviour could have been less diva-ish. Doutzen is still one of my favourites though.

She has to be determined in this business, you don't want people to play around with her and she wants to be taken seriously, she has to fight for her career.
If I look to what she has reached in the last couple of years, I guess she wouldn't have reached it if her attitude was problematic.

By the way, if you try to walk in shoes who are a size to big and to strut as elegant as possible, you'll all know that doesn't work and in a hectic week as that asking it properly will sometimes not be heard.

That's true about trying to walk down the runway in shoes that are too big. At the end of fashion week I'm sure everyone is tired and stressed and I don't think Doutzen was trying to come across as demanding, she was just trying to be assertive. However, I still think she could have asked for the shoes in a nicer tone although I definitely understand what you're trying to say. I also agree with you that she wouldn't have been able to be as successful as she is if she had a bad attitude. Another thing with the video is that it is just a snippet of what was happening so it isn't really fair to judge someone's behaviour from a 5 second snippet of what was happening.

I think that I have gone around in circles a bit in this post but I just wanted to stress that I definitely do not think Doutzen is rude or has a bad attitude and she'll always be at the top of my favourites list.
