According Spanish TV she is the new VS Angel and she will replace Giselle Bundchen. She will be one of three stars at VSFS this november!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She is called "The new MUSE of Victoria's Secret"

Hoenstly just be happy she's an angel. No one of the angels has or is replacing Gisele, the media likes to say that and run with it. Right now she might be one of the three Adriana and Ale are the main attractions this year obviously with Adriana as the main face this year wearing the fantasy bra, and it being her 10th year also Alessandra with everyone excited about ow she'll look. Then there is Heidi who is Heidi, no explanation needed. Media when it comes to the fashion show and etc really know nothing...if the media knew everything every model that modeld for Victoria's Secret would be an angel. Also Victoria's Secret really doesn't have Muses, outside ALL of their angels, not one in particular. But with this launch I think she'll be a main attraction at the show this year

The angels go in Seniority, none hop in front of the other or anything (like the interview suggested) they go on a seniority rated scale, and they've always done that

There’s a new Angel in town. Victoria’s Secret has revealed to PEOPLE that model Doutzen Kroes is the newest Victoria’s Secret Angel, joining the likes of Heidi Klum and Adriana Lima, as well as past angels like Gisele Bundchen and Tyra Banks. Born in Oostermeer in the Netherlands, 23-year-old Kroes scored a modeling contract after she sent her photo to an agency hoping to earn enough cash to buy more fashion magazines. Soon the 5′10″ stunner was filling their pages, gracing ads for everyone from Calvin Klein to Dolce & Gabbana. Her first official Victoria’s Secret campaign, Supermodel Obsessions, launches today in N.Y.C.

there are 9 vs angels now: heidi,adriana,kk,ale,izabel,selita,miranda,marissa and doutzen
that's the full squad, and from what i know heidi just renewed her contract for another 3 years few months ago so doutzen replace no one.
Anyway VS kinda dull now,i prefer vs with 5 angels 4 years ago: heidi,tyra,gisele,adri and ale

Yea I don't know about her replacing anyone like it was said above some of the angels just renewed their contacts such as Heidi for 3 years, and Adriana for 5. I don't see Heidi doing more than 3 more, but Adriana will most likely do more than 5 so the squad will be big for a while. Personally I think Heidi should retire, she doesn't do any promoting for them unless it's convenient and she can pimp her show, and she doesn't do anything except the fashion show, and again only to pimp her show (did you see the videos from last year that's all she talked about) While Adriana works her butt off, and won't be lead Angel for another 2-3 years because of Heidi, the line up is fricky f***ed up right now. Like someone said below the list is like this (and how long they've been contracted angels)

Personally they could get rid of Miranda and Marisa and I wouldn't mind

Right now I think they've main money makers are Adriana and Alessandra, and honestly I think Doutzen will be the thiird, her launch was really successful and she's pretty likable. I think she will be a huge hit for them, they are due for another really famous face that is adored by the mass majority of the public and that really hasn't happened since Adriana and Ale.

Well,i don't think they'll kick miranda because she's so popular right now and she's big in aussie and usa. She's a great spokeperson
But maybe if they have to get rid of someone, marissa or izabel is my guess

i thought izabel's contract was up...did she renew it? cuz if not there are too many angels...and i agree, heidi should go the tyra route and just retire already...i'm surprised she renewed her contract for another 3 years

Marisa unlike some other angels can at least speak English and is very likable by men and women. I wouldnt mind getting rid of Izabel ( I like her but shes too much Ale-look alike), Heidi and Selita.
