Just because you're an angel doesn't guarantee you wings. Usually the veteran angels get those, if anyone does. I hope they bring back the big white wings, looks like they might. I'm very excited for this years show, it looks like the show will be based around supermodel obsessions collection and it's going to be amazing! Gosh I wish October would get here so we could see the christmas catalog!

and VS ain't that bad. geez, be happy for Doutzen. It is really a model's dream to get a VS contract or makeup/commerical contract. It's where they get the most recognition and $$. and to do runway is pretty much a stepping stone for a model. Once they have "arrived" they no longer need to do it, only if they choose to. So, I am very happy for her.

I'm not saying you can't get wings if you aren't an angel, what I was saying was just because you are an angel doesn't guarantee you wings at the fashion show. When it comes to the wings of the ANGELS usually (sometimes not) the veterans will get the wings.

That person needs an appointment to the optometrician. Doutzen has a square jaw, but she's far from looking chubby. I'm chubby so I know what I'm talking about.

(NEW YORK) V and VMAN will be partying hard this Fashion Week, with not one but two bashes to celebrate the latest issues. On September 6, VMAN and Ford Models will host a private dinner and cocktail party at Indochine with expected attendees Petey Wright (VMAN cover boy and VMAN/Ford Model Search winner), V and VMAN editors and friends, and--of course--loads of lovely Ford models. Need more? On Wednesday, Sept. 10, more V and more models will gather on the MINI Rooftop in Hell's Kitchen hosted by Stephen Gan, Inez Van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin. This time, in addition to a performance by Lykke Li, they're putting the models to work as DJs; Anja Rubik, Catherine McNeil, Doutzen Kroes, Hilary Rhoda, and Raquel Zimmermann are amongthose slated to take their turns on the tables.

No wonder young girls get anorexic when they look at fashion magazines or read stupid comments like "Doutzen Kroes looks chubby". She is in no way chubby, she's quite elegant and slim! I wish people would stop saying silly things.
