Yeah, she is like that and she doesnt change which can be good of course. I guess so far it works for vs ( otherwise she wouldnt have become an angel), just because she is so different - aka for instance not like Adriana ( who always seems to be engaged in the process which I like).

I think she'll become more comfortable, if you look at any of the angels they are very much like Doutzen in the beginning of promoting Victoria's Secret. I honestly think sending her with Adriana for that launch was genius because Adriana was like her in the past, with that I mean that Adriana use to be very shy at launches, because she was new to the process. Just watch videos from her launchs back in 2002-2003. After promoting for a few years she came out of her shell and learned the products, how the company worked, and found it comfortable to be her energetic self, so her interviews and promotions became better. Gisele was like that as well, as well as Alessandra. It's the whole fade into the background and come out a little later. I think Doutzen will do well, but give her a few months, or even a year it will take time for her to accept her status and the fact she is one of the angels...it's probably a little hard for her to comprehend right now. Again, I think she'll be better once she comes out of her shell

And I don't know, I guess that she's kinda choked, cause she's beautiful, and did A LOT of photoshoots, ads, campaigns, but she never had that much attention. Being an Angel is being a real celebrity, at least for me.
For example, I know a lot of people who don't know/care about the fashion industry but actually know, at least, VS, and their Angels.

And... actually... the interviewer 'scared' me, she was so talkative, and stuff... I guess she could have scared Doutzen as well
