When I first started meandering through threads and posts on tFS, I wasn't very familiar with many of the new models and I had a hard time telling a lot of the girls apart (I'm nearly 30 so the late '80s/early '90s supes formed a lot of my idea of what top models were [although when I was 5 I wanted to be 6' tall and a catwalk model, and that was in 1980, so who knows!]).
And then I stumbled across the Doutzen thread.
Doutzen!!
I am more familiar with other girls now, and I quite like a lot of them. But something about Doutzen draws me in more. She's the first face I've seen in a long time that's just been... wow! I think she's perfectly imperfect but still perfect (if that makes sense), which is what I like in a face. She's delicate but not too doll-like, sexy but not sultry, feminine but not too girly, strong but not too masculine, a little quirky but subtly so. And sometimes she captures a sweet melancholy look in her eyes.
Of course maybe I'm projecting a bit. =) But I just think she's an absolute stand-out!! There are other models who are absolutely lovely and fantastic in pictures, and I love them too, but Doutzen stuns me. She's the kind of beautiful you almost can't be jealous of because it's other-worldly.
I am so totally supposed to be cleaning the house right now.
