I think Teen Vogue are good for new young models. I've also seen Heather Marks in (with Aaron Carter, Nick's younger bros) when she was a begginner (Sorry for my English though).

Doutzen also did Elle US in April 2004 (Micha Barton on the cover). I think it was before her Italian Vogue first cover!
