Well, I don't think it has anything to do with famous or not. Because there are more models on DNA who are listed without their last name. There are some girls who I don't even know with no last name listed. But I think Doutzen is been listed as 'Doutzen' for quite a time.

Not all accents are looked down-upon . In the case of Americans on the east coast. You have different accents depending on social class. One of the Boston accents is very strong and is of the highest classes of people in Boston.
