Perhaps they wanted to add some new faces to their catalog, and/or to gain recognition for some of the models that will be in the next VSFS

omg i hope u r right and they will be in VSFS, I am dying to see Julia in VSFS, in general i dislike VS but i have to admit i would love to see Julia doing for it, that show is huge. i am really surprised that Julia is in their new catalog b/c the last time she had about 3 pics in 2004

She can do both (VS & High Fashion). You know, it's normal for a model to choose Commercial work because is more $$$$ than High Fashion Show. Anyway, High Fashion show always looking for new faces models so it's hard to stay just in HF.

Doutzen's body & face is really commercial, so I'm not surprised that she turns to L'Oréal, Sport Illustrated and Victoria Secret work. Maybe she will be as famous as Gisele someday.
