I hope they do! They've got some other girls they could drop. Doutzen is someone that I thought should be an Angel even before they made her one. I wasn't even a big fan, but I would see pictures of her and think "She would make a great Angel." So when they made her one, I was pretty excited for her. When is her contract up?

According to an interview she gave in 2007 she signed late 2007. her first appearance as an angel was in august 2008!

I hope they renew her contract since she's the one who represent vs vintage ad. In other way, VS also fired a lot of angels lately (izabel,kk,selita) so let's cross our fingers that they gonna keep her.

Doutzen was supposed to start writing for Dutch Marie-Claire. Her first column should be this month.. I have the Dutch Marie-Claire here and no column.
I also see in the mag they used a new model for 7 for all mankind as well..

Doutzen is the one that makes VS more classy..they would be some stupid if they let her go. Whats next: Bar Raffelli as angel? tsss hope not!
Definitely, having her has been an upgrade for VS. Now only if HIlary, Edita and Maryna jumped on board VS would definitely be spectacular

She's one of the most classy angels, but I think about making VS classy we can give Miranda credit for that as well..

because she is a known face (from L'Oreal etc...). Heidis Time is running out! So they need a "leader or a famous face" & this is Doutzen, Adriana & Ale.
The others are "quite unfamous" in the non-fashioned-interested World.
But if she wants too much money (like Gisele did) then i dont know

I don't think Doutzen would be so greedy as to want more money. Especially since she's only been an Angel for a couple of years. Gisele was one for awhile so I could kind of understand though it was still rude as hell. Funny how after she left they started paying the girls more! At least Adriana. If they renew Doutzen, I'm sure she'll be getting more anyway.

The 'others' are actually more famous then 'HF VS models' among 'non fashion public' 
. Not to start who is more famous talk again though !I am sure Doutzen will stay as an angel for a long time.

I think VS needs 2 leaders: one who's their main model modelling-wise & one who is a spokesmodel. Usually it is Adriana as their main model and Heidi as their spokesmodel. Now that Adriana & Heidi are out of the running. They needed two other for the time being.. they could've chose DK. But they chose Ale & Marisa instead. And Adriana will return so DK as their leader I don't see that happening anytime soon.
They need a famous face to represent VS? Yes they do..
Why did they let Marisa & Ale do the biolift campaign and launch, Miranda do the fragrance campaign & launch and let pregnant Adriana do a autograph signing in NY? While DK's last launch was in June..

I think they were just spreading the work load to some of the other girls when they picked Ale & Marisa for that bra launch. The question should be why Lindsay and Emanuela? Why Lindsay, really. Like I've said before, I think someone is going and someone is being brought in. Maybe another "spokesmodel" since it's pretty safe to say that Heidi won't be there much longer. At least the 7 or so years Adriana has with them going by her contracts (Angel & VS Beauty), so maybe they want to start "training" someone else.
