I actually agree with you juliax, most of VS angels aren't HF models, but they're sexy commercial model because they need to sell bra.
If VS need an angel who can be a good spokeperson i'm sure Marissa and Miranda can do that. VS put them quite a lot

And in my opinion if they do want to hire new angel girls who'll be the front runner are:
1.Candice S (they use her a lot lately for their Pink campaign,biofit commercial,interview with Teen Vogue,and her photos is everywhere in VS website)
2.Emanuela would be great too i'm sure
3.As for Bar Refaeli, she doesn't do much VS work but don't forget that for now she's considered as the hottest and most commercial model thanks to her SI and Esquire cover so her chance is big, and she's already famous so they don't have work too hard to promote her to public.

But like i said before Doutzen is the one who's in VS Vintage campaign,so i hope they keep her.

Definitely, having her has been an upgrade for VS. Now only if HIlary, Edita and Maryna jumped on board VS would definitely be spectacular

I am very much agree, Doutzen is the only VS model that I truly fancy(besides KK, but she's pregnant) to me(and this is only my opinion) the other ones are not as classy and gorgeous as Doutzen, I was head over heels when I heard that they finally settled Doutzen as an angel. She is great, for HF and for VS and that's something that you dont see really often. If Hilary, Edita and Maryna became angels,that would be awesome, but if Doutzen if dropped, that would be so silly, I cant find the words to express how much dissapointment I would feel. Doutzen is amazing for the brand. ​

He says something like that about all the Angels and you said it yourself when she was newly.... things changed, times changing.. you never know.

But with 3 angels gone back in 2008 and Heidi most likely gone.. I doubt if they let go of more Angels.. but I do think they're def bringing someone in..

but with VS you never know.. I'm not suprised if they renew the Angel-line up

It's all about if she's moving merchandise, if they aren't happy with her progress they'll cut her. Esp if she doesn't really want to be involved. Right now the signs point to her being cut, but who knows at this point. I don't know, they haven't been able to keep good angels since Marisa, it's only the main 4 that's stayed in tact nowadays for some reason.

i do think that doutzen isnt really good at when it comes to being a spokesmodel , she doesnt come across well when she does interviews in english , she seems too timid for VS and cant seem to get a conversation going, i hope she keeps the contract ..CoutureChic :But what do you mean with models not wanting to be involved ?

Don't want to really push a product, be involved in a whole campaign as in promotion, public appearances. I agree, I really adore Doutzen but she does come off very timid for VS.

It is in their contract, but say someone shows up enthusiastic to work for them under whatever cicumstance, say like Heidi or Adriana still wanting to work for them even though their pregnant, it shows tons of dedication. Say one of the girls (not even Doutzen) kind of like eh, I'll do the campaign and I guess I'll do what goes a long with it...which one is going to keep their contract? Along with who pushes product and etc.

It was an article somewhere that if the contracted girl doesn't move a lot of merchandise for them in the first year she could be cut. So I would think that along with how she's blending with the company, whether she wants to stay and whatnot will all be considered if they were to get rid of her.
So the girl has to move merchandise, be relate able and loved by the public (hence get her name out their, so when more famous names retire in 5 or so years, she's got a big enough name to take over) walk well, and do great campaigns, I think she does most of the those well, but unfortunately I think her downfall what she most likely is moving, compared to their veterans and her lack of public enthusiasm here in the US.

Yep, and honestly when that happened...I was like "And they are ripping that contract as we speak" Chances are it didn't matter, but if she's not selling product and etc, it is probably being used against her as well.
