Not at all! They are just trying to pose the same a bit. Their eyes are different and so is their bone structure. And if you keep in mind that D's natural eyebrow and haircolour is wayyy lighter..

The last time she walked Paris RTW was Spring 2007, and that was for Valentino, Hussein Chalayan, Loewe and YSL

And she walked for Dior Couture Fall 2007

She was a muse for Steven Meisel and Valentino. But there have been quite a handfull of designers that booked her every runway season she walked.
(YSL, Givenchy, Dior, Hussein Chalayan etc.)

I know, she was a muse for Valentino and Meisel (their words). For the other designers I mentioned she was more like "one of their favorites".
