Has she ever published a food diary of some sort? I'd love to know what she eats to look so great...

She has her whole life only eat organic food & never smoked
As kid already at home she never drink anything containing added sugar in it (only 1 glass in the weekends I believe)

Her grandparents were the first organic farmers in the province Friesland in The Netherlands

Both her mother and sister are nutritionists

Her sister Rens Kroes has published a book about POWERFOOD
Sold over 120.000 books in Holland (16,8 million people live in Holland)
That book is extremely succesfull ... Thanks to Rens Kroes the Dutch people are literal obsessed with powerfoods/superfoods & organic food/drinks

Her book will soon be available in English or maybe that book is already available in English

but you know, she was raised in the perfect circumstances, at the perfect place.

i like like this now (for example), but growing up, i didnt even know there are such things are bio/organic/power foods etc.

so yes, i admire her lifestyle but it is not achievable by everyone.
genetics has a big say too.

smoking and not eating properly doesn't guarantee good skin. adriana lima is an example. her skin is flawless, yet she has smoked and i doubt she has followed strich diet regimes in her younger years.
