haha, yeah...i can totally see why you would say that. i LOVE this show, although they do exagerate what it is like to live in beverly hills. let me be the first to say that everyone is not like that.

Sooo happy to find a thread on this show, I'm totally addicted. What was with that episode 2 weeks or so ago (I don't remember) that had all those new doctors and didn't mention Dr. Ray once. I was so mad!! I mean, he's definitely weird, but I looove him and his wife and kids, they can't make me go a whole episode without him!!

I do watch every now and then. Dr. Ray creeps me out sometimes, and he is totally obsessed with his own body (he works out at insane hours of the day!), but I agree that the show needs him.

What's the deal with him always doing weights before surgery?? Is it is way of getting psyched up or is it a "look at me looking buff on camera" chance?

I kind of like that he focuses so much on exercise (the weights, all his martial arts). He of all people could probably get himself to look any way he wants through surgery so it's awesome that he does it through exercise (or at least that's the part we see, heehee).
