I love the choices for Rachel and Kate. And I love both of the Dior dresses! I would be in heaven if any one of them were worn but it seems like the ladies usually like to play it safe so we probably won't be that lucky.

My big predictions:

1. Marchesa, Marchesa, Marchesa- I say no fewer than three name celebs will be wearing Marchesa.

2. If It Ain't Broke- I get the feeling a lot of the nominees and presenters are going to be sticking with the designers they've worn a lot of in the past.

3. Best Foreign- I expect to see the stars pull out the big guns for the Oscars (especially post-strike), and that means over the top creations, like Jean Paul Gaultier haute coture or Alexander McQueen... well, maybe not that big, but there will certainly be a few Nina Ricci and Valentino numbers (considering the latters retirement, I do hope he gets his red carpet justice!).
