part 1 INTERVIEW

- she thinks her first runway show was horrible . It was in Paris . She thinks her walk was terrible because she was shy and she didn't held her back straight . She was also too shy to look into the cameras .

part 2 INTERVIEW

- the host asks her if there are a lot of fights between the models backstage . Elise says everything is more calm now because all the models are a lot younger than the ones back in the nineties . She finds it almost too calm. She also says that Naomi Campbell once hit somebody unconscious with her hair brush

- About the modeling careers she tells the host that they are a lot shorter nowadays than they used to be . That's why there was a lot of tension backstage in the nineties because the new ones didn't get a chance to prove themselves & the "old" ones wanted the keep their jobs

part 3 INTERVIEW

-The host then asks her about Kate Moss . Does she also hit people with brushes ? Elise laughs . No she doesn't . She says that Kate has her own entourage and doesn't socialize a lot with the other models backstage .

-Elise says she sometimes brings belgian chocolate to a photoshoot for the photographer and his crew.

-Elise used to be a lifeguard. She thinks that's why some people call her more "massive" than other models . Because she's 1m80 and has . But she's very happy with her body and ofcoure she diets . It's her job to have a nice figure . But she doesn't do any unhealthy diets , she finds that ridiculous

- A stylist once grabbed her a** and said : Stop eating !!!

but in general she doesn't care what people say as long if she's happy

Elise Crombez

Elise Crombez appeared on Belgian TV tonight (in "Zomer 2006"). She was interviewed in Flemish (her native tongue) and also did a gig as a photographer (for once she wanted to be BEHIND the camera), doing a shoot of Flemish rock star Axl Peleman. She was super sweet and friendly, as always.
