It has to be her in #4, and in #2, I figure it could be her because I can usually tell her & Coco apart, the eye color & their mouths are exactly the same except Coco's is much smaller & Coco's jaw is smaller as well. & #4 has to be Elise, until I hear from Miesel himself any different, that's Elise.

Does anyone have some HQ scans from that editorial?

^I just looked in my issue, and I can tell you that #4 is definitely Elise

#2 is the only one that's Heather, and Coco isn't in any of the images posted.
