Like I said with a previous thread along the same line (Charlie Barker), Elizabeth has been signed very much based on her Instagram following.
Height 5'7/170 Waist 25/63 Hips 32.5/83 Signed to Elite London.
She is rather pretty with a photogenic, symmetrical face and has a look I like (dark hair and very ethereal pale skin). I do feel she is pretty!
Which is nice because other people have been signed based on popularity and quite honestly they are not model material at all. 
She is listed as 5'7 which is probably code for 5'6/ 5'5.
She said herself on her tumblr that she had been scouted through her Instagram, no surprise there. It's another example of agencies approaching girls with a large, built up following on social networking sites. It interests me how this new generation of scouting is simply another way for agencies to build up their profile using girls, thus earning more money
So for example if she posts a picture saying 'been signed to Elite London', then her 375k followers will see that, and obviously at least a huge chunk of those people will then hear of that agency for the first time (considering she has a following from all parts of the world), therefore the agency become more known, gaining her followers etc.
Anyway check out her instagram elizabethjanebishop and her tumblr elizabethjane. She types in a very eloquent, intelligent and polite style which is nice to see nowadays. I wish her all the best
