is it really 2010 issue? it looked more likely june 2001 issue. very bad cover

Even in terms of using recycled shots from other editions of Elle, you'd be surprised how infrequently Cindy has appeared on the cover of German Elle over the last two decades - Mini Anden and Yfke have possibly appeared on more covers than she has. Certainly, around the turn of 2000, the magazine moved away from re-using shots from the US edition, in favour of putting fresher faces on most of its covers (some of whom I'd be hard-pushed to name today, even though I bought the issues at the time).
