I saw Juno and Ellen was fantastic. I don't think that she's 'beautiful', but she has a great stage presence as well as a lovely girl-next-door face. That being said, she looks great when she dresses up!

it is chic + pretty
but she doesnt look like she's trying too hard
or dressing in a way she's not comfortable with . .

i liked juno, but i dont really think of the movie nor Ellen as Oscar material..you have Cate Blanchett and Ellen Page, doesnt seem accurate to me.

but it isnt about the person, its the performance, juno was great and ellen amazing as the character! i like her safe choices eg:black, its good for someone who isnt that into fashion to go for black, its classy and simple. she looked lovely at the sag awards

I get the impression that she does not care for or about fashion one bit. I don't mean that as a diss - obviously this has nothing to do with her talent (and I do think she's very talented) but its always interesting to watch someone who may not really care one way or another about style have to get dressed up and go to these awards shows were so much importance is placed on how one dresses / looks. She seems like she'd be happier in jeans most of the time and more power to her for that.
