:shock::heart:

any idea of who she is?. she looks right about perfect from hair to boots.. beautiful.. wonder what she likes or where she works at.. *stalker :lol:*

^ I wonder, too.. I bet she has an interesting life. I love the fabric of her coat.. :heart:

thank you both of you :heart:

her clothes are in materials which are a little coarse
those textures in the coat and fringe and boots
yet looks very refined...

Definitely inspiring.

I often wonder what my style will be like when I'm older...I hope it's as stylish!

I think she's wearing a Paul Harnden Shoemaker coat if I'm not mistaken....

that's awesome if it's true. :mellow::heart:
since your post, I've learnt the woman is the biggest Haute Couture collector in Spain, is convinced you need to have a good amount of money to have style and claims to have never shopped at Zara. :lol:

*can I just add that my worst case scenario would be to have someone like her as a grandmother-in-law, I'd be ultra terrified.. :ninja:

i absolutely love the texture of her coat
her face looks exactly like my grandmother's ! :lol: who is really beautiful and stylish

^^ I second that!

MulletProof, there's been some speculation as to whether or not the woman in the Sartorialist photo is actually Eloisa Bercero, so I wasn't sure if I should start a thread on her or not. :unsure: If the woman in the photos is not, in fact, Eloisa, she sure has one hell of a doppelganger.

classicalbang, have you read the last comments? :woot:. There seems to be some safe assurance (by her son?) that she's not Eloisa and I'm happy to believe that, since the sartorialist had previously captured her and that closer shot does not resemble Berceo at all.

this one, however, does.. :wacko:

Since they all look alike, I'll happily go with the intellectual/boutique-owner Parisian option. After that interview you post (I translated it for you two but wonder if it's still relevant to post?), I was feeling heartbroken that such a memorable image could've been accomplished by a majorly dumb character like Berceo, whom now I wish had stayed anonymous in my head. :lol:

Also their tastes in clothing seem to be different...
As you said MP, owning money to have style... I find kiddokiddo's photo of the woman could care less

Gius, yes! :lol:, I was trying to imagine the way in which this woman suddenly went from Gianni Versace lover to Harnden appreciator. Not that it's impossible, I just don't think a fashion designer with no seasonal front row and unwilling to pay a first-class seat to carry a suit for a client is anywhere in her priorities.

hahaha, your obsession to her is immensely charming, Mullet...Neat finds, everyone, I truly agree and happy with the idea of her not being Eloisa
Thank you for posting :winkiss:

i saw her once in tv assuring that karl (lagerfeld, of course) once told her she was the chic(est) woman he had ever met! :|
she has some enviable pieces, of course... but her overuse of the words "glamour" "chic" and "money" makes it hard to believe karl said that

translation of the youtube video:

my collection is worth 18 million of euros.
i'd like you to see my shoe collection. these (purple pair) are Versace, from Gianni not from Donatella. And the pair of white boots are Chanel. At least 20 years old when Claudia Schiffer used to model for the house. And these (the ones with the pearls) are very unique, a very special luxury. I don't think there's another pair like these.
I've worn all of them. But just once, maybe twice.

unique pieces from gianni's collection, only i have them.
(pointing the pink dress) this is an Emanuel Ungaro dress. I paid about one and a half million for it (that's got to be pesetas, as the dress is about 20 years old, which means the dress would've been about 9000€)
this black dress is also unique. the ultimate chic! the essence and the maximum of elegance is being chic.
you've got to be very tall, and thin. glamour is very difficult... i think it's something you're born with.

isn't it beautiful? ... i think it would be vulgar to say how much it is... this is not money, it's "super-money".
i can't put on a hat without trying the whole outfit...

Yves Saint Laurent. one of my favorites.
it's just incredible. look at the embroideries. real luxury. just incredible!
