and the thing is there are sooo many sites like this on the internet, on google i found over 1 mil selling replica handbags, it's truly unbelievable. and i can see how difficult it is to track these people down, given there are no addresses and many even plainly advertise their handbags come from china or whereever....
is there really nothing one could do about this? reporting to "fakes are never in fashion" - the initiative Harpers Bazaar is supporting - is the only thing that comes to mind. should i do this?

I have a relative in intellectual property, and she said that there are huge mechanisms in place to address piracy. I suspect a lawyer will take this eluxurytrade site down in short order. She also said that it is up to the owner of the property to police their own products. What an incredible financial burden! To build a brand name, only to have to protect it from infringement. Yikes!
