Emilio Pucci S/S 2012 Milan

After watching the video of the show a few times I started to like this collection and apprecaite it's 'trashiness' mainly because every other traditionally sexy house in Milan has steered away from that aesthetic and I miss those tacky early 00's days. My favorites are the pantsuits and the monochromatic evening gowns but some of the gypsy dresses were good as well. Cant't wait to see how this collection will translate in print.

While some of the pieces were tackey, I really did love the gypsy skirts.
I LOVED the makeup and hair though.

I must say that I really don't see connection between outfits in pastel colours and sexy looks(black and red outfits)...and also there are this long gypsy dresses

THe more I look at this collection the more I love it, especially the gypsy looking outfits. Would love to see it in hq, that would be awesome.

Just watched this show today after some time away from it. In my eyes, it's absolutely gorgeous. The gypsy-inspired cuts/patterns/shapes, the vibrant colours, the sex appeal. The cast with all the top girls was perfect too. Peter was at the top of this game during his time at Pucci. I really wish he never left because his work was truly amazing for the house.
