She's at Request NY, not Elite. I love that she's at Request, it's nice to see such a star at a relatively obscure agency. If she hasn't left them yet then she is obviously content and I don't think it's quite fair to say she would have done/would do better at a different agency.

And I agree, that lipstick is baaaad.
