Emma Watson

I don't particularly like the Balenciaga dress on her, but I think her face (esp. eyebrows) and hair always look good, especially pulled back and simple like that. Unfortunately, I can't think of many Balenciaga things that would compliment her extremely well, but I think she works it. I mean, it's a very youthful dress, so it doesn't look like she's trying to act older than she is.

I agree to a certain extent :flower:

Now she is rumored to be attached to some kind of period drama..replacing Scarlett Johannson? Should be interesting.

Her make-up looks nice, those flats look grubby. She doesnt look bad but maybe if she wore interesting shoes or a different colour bag it'd be better

The shoes are horrible and the dress is way too plain IMO. She's not that stunning to wear a simply black dress without the right accessoires.

taken from Mugglenet:
Emma Watson to play Napoleon love interest
According to this article from Reuters, Emma Watson has been chosen to take over a role originally slated for actress Scarlett Johansson, because of her age:

Watson, 18, will play Betsy Balcombe, a young, impetuous noblewoman trapped on the isolated British island of St. Helena who falls in love with Napoleon, who has been exiled there.

The film, titled Napoleon and Betsy, is scheduled for release some time in 2009.
