Heading off to her classes, Emma Watson was spotted out on the campus of Brown University on Wednesday (October 6).

The “Harry Potter” actress looked super cute as she strolled around the Rhode Island school, sporting her sexy short hairdo and a black coat/scarf combo.

Later braving the rainy weather, Miss Watson joined a few friends under an umbrella as they navigated around the scenic Rhode Island campus.

As for the Life & Style report that Emma has the hots for Robert Pattinson, Gossip Cop reports that Miss Watson isn’t interested in the “Twilight” hunk in the least.

The tabloid erroneously reported that Pattinson and Watson were starring as lovers in a new film, and that Kristen Stewart was getting upset. But it was all totally false.

Exclusive - Emma Watson keeps busy at Brown University

Harry Potter star Emma Watson seems to be adapting nicely to college life at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. INF Daily caught the 20-year-old freshman walking to classes on Wednesday in black pleather leggings and Ugg boots, sporting her now-signature short cropped haircut.

Emma’s clearly working hard to avoid the classic freshman 15 – we’ve spotted her going for workouts lasting a couple hours on several occasion. Watson even braved the rain to hit the gym – something most of us would gladly use as an excuse to stay indoors.

Emma must be one of the relatively few college students who’s lucky enough to live in a dorm that allows pets. Yesterday we saw her mom bringing a bunch of cat supplies to the actress – including a Litter Maid! That’s what Harry Potter money buys, folks. Automatic litter boxes. Holla!

Photos from both sources.. And it was not her mom who was carrying the cat supplies, it was her PA/PR rep.. She's always seen with Emma at events even during Emma's orientation at Brown last year.. The cat/kitten is cute, black and white..



Movie Rumours:

From tweets and The Online Rocket: The Perks of Being A Wallflower - Stephen Chbosky (author and director of the movie) apparently went to Slippery Rock University to do a talk and signing and mentioned that Emma would be "Sam" in the movie and filming would start end of year.. If I'm correct, Sam is the bad girl.. We'll get to see Emma in "bad girl oufits" if this is true..

Friday 8th October, London. Trademark Films and The Weinstein Company have announced that principal photography has started on My Week with Marilyn for 7 weeks at Pinewood Studios and on location in and around London. Michelle Williams plays the iconic Marilyn Monroe alongside a fantastic British cast including Eddie Redmayne, Kenneth Branagh, Judi Dench, Dominic Cooper, Emma Watson and Julia Ormond. The film chronicles a week in the life of Marilyn Monroe in which she escapes the shackles of her Hollywood career and embraces British life with Colin Clark. Directed by Simon Curtis and produced by David Parfitt, the film is based on Colin Clark’s diaries and has been adapted for the screen by Adrian Hodges.

Marilyn Monroe is played by the Academy Award nominated Michelle Williams (The soon to be released Blue Valentine, Shutter Island, Brokeback Mountain) and Tony award winning Eddie Redmayne (The Other Boleyn Girl, The Good Shepherd) stars as Colin Clark. Kenneth Branagh (Director of upcoming Thor, ‘Wallander’) plays Sir Laurence Olivier with Judi Dench (Quantum of Solace) as Dame Sybil Thorndike. I mean it's raining...won't their cameras get messed up? Seriously.

I'm so excited about Emma's upcoming films! They're both two completely different roles, so it will be great to see her play something different. She's always played good girls in the past with Hermione, Pauline Fossil, and Princess Pea, so it will be cool to see her play a bad girl like Sam.

And WOW! Every British actor is going to be in My Week With Marilyn! I can't wait to see that one too.

Also, is it really THAT cold in Providence? Her jacket looks like a winter jacket. I live in Canada and I'm still wearing t-shirts (I know it's raining but even her friend isn't wearing a heavy jacket).

I know right. That sentence is dumb for numerous reasons...the main one being that she's a sophomore. Not a freshman.

I hope this doesn't sound strange, but she's got a great butt. I never noticed that before. I would never wear spandex shorts out in public, because it would be embarrassing for both me and anyone who saw me. But she looks good.

She does have a great butt. But that's no surprise considering she's often photographed at the gym or finishing a workout.

K, I looked up what 63 F is in Celsius, and that's actually considered warm where I am. We are averaging about 54 F and I still see girls go to school in flip flops. But I guess she isn't used to it (we had an exchange student from Leeds and she wasn't used to the cold either). Maybe the climate is warmer in England?

Re: My Week with Marilyn. That would be cool to see her in 50s clothing again; she suits it well. I liked that 50's style shoot she did for Harry Potter in the soda shoppe/diner.

As for the 'bad girl' outfits... I'm kind of iffy on that. I don't think Emma takes dramatic make-up too well and she looked like she was playing dress-up in that music video she did (which is as close to bad girl as I've seen her outfits go). I think her friend Kaya from Skins takes to that kind of style very well but Emma looks better with natural make-up and colorful clothes since her image is very 'English rose'. I have this feeling that Perks is going to make Sam a bad girl dressed in leather and black since the book was a cliche teen novel and the author is directing the film. It will be interesting to see, at least.

I think she shot all the eds after she got her hair cut, so it will be cool to see what types of photoshoots we get. I'm hoping for a nice mixture of classic, high fashion, edgy, and artistic.
