It's Alexander McQueen's Wicca Leather Satchel. I was actually flipping through the February 2011 issue of Harper's Bazaar today and that same bag was in there (except in cream snakeskin) and it apparently costs over $13,000!!

When I see videos like this, it's really easy to understand how celebrities can be caught acting crazily on camera.
I'd end up feeling so fragile if every time I went to the cinema I had to take a bodyguard/protective friend but Emma seems to handle it very well.
