Jen and Emma together are hysterical! I love Jen's sense of humor. She wouldn't do those things to people she didn't feel comfortable around, IMO.

Emma is a better sport then I am though, I probably would have reacted really badly since I hate when people do things like this (to me it's a violation of personal space). Me, too lol. Emma seems fine with it so no harm, no foul, but I find it really obnoxious of her (Jen) to do that to someone who's probably just an acquaintance. Honestly, you could be my bff and I still would not want you shoving your hand in my face full of (likely) $700+ worth of make-up.

Anyway, I'm really loving this style era of Emma's. She's been looking really confident and a lot more grown-up lately. I still cannot get over how perfect her Dior dinner look is. And congrats to her on her ambassadorial appointment. That's amazing.

I'm not a fan of the dress at all. The lace overlay on the skirt is way too long. If it had been shortened to the same length as the underskirt, it would've been much better.

I don't think the red suede pumps are ideal for the outfit, but otherwise it is not a bad look. I agree with simple_elegance, the skirt could be shorter, although I think ankle/midi length would be ideal.
