Hey everyone!

I really thought I was going to take this summer off and then.. I fell in love with Ballet shoes.

I couldn't let such an amazing project go. I think the books are really really special.

I loved Pauline from the start, she makes mistakes and comes across badly at times but I really felt as though I understood her.. I share a lot of Pauline's passions and insecurities.

The cast is really amazing and I cannot wait to work with everyone. I really feel like I need to do this, I am scared but excited.

^ As far as I know, I don't think I'll ever know what her "real" hair color is. In the shots of her before filming HP:SS it was a shade of chestnut brown, IMO. As the films go on, the hair gets lighter. It's a mystery....

Yet, yea for the new film. I hope they show it on my side of the pond. She's already got some dancing experience and the slender body for ballet. Does anyone have any idea when the film is slated to come out? I'm guessing 2008 maybe?

I think i read somewhere that's it'll be out around christmas on the BBC one channel. I think that's right.

Yep, I've got BBC America so I'm hoping I'll be able to watch it here. Plus, if it does well, as someone mentioned, they'll probably release it in other places. If not, we can always watch clips of it on YouTube!
