Yeah it does look custom made. But they have quite a few styles which look somewhat similar to this in the past, so maybe it's one of those - or from the classic Burberry line?

I love all of her pre-Letterman/Letterman outfits!! That trench coat is AMAZING!!!! She seriously has the best coat collection ever. And I also love the dress she wore on Letterman. It was shiny, but lovely.

I actually like the Calvin Klein dress...although...for it to be custom made, it is quite simple. You would expect something more extravagant, but it's still lovely on her. I think the accessories make the dress for me. I love the gold bracelet and the shoes are to die for! The clip in her hair is somewhat random, but it's cute from certain angles.

If her Letterman trench coat is Burberry, it may be a modified version of this F/W 2010 Burberry Prorsum trench.
They look similar (mainly the buttons and the color), but Emma's could be another custom-made version:

Well it sure doesn't look good on her...that's a terrible outfit IMO,and the hair clip thingy just looks silly and childish

The length of the dress is really awkward, even with the heels it make her legs look short. I don't see why she would wear a hair clip when she has practically no her, i hate it when hair clips aren't holding hair. I do really like her shoes and that bracelet.

the NY prem dress is hideous, hideous (won't even comment on the accessories) - it's even too boring for CKs who even usually isn't the most innovative (but whom i adore). the dress does nothing for her in shoulder area, also i don't the sudden shortage of the makeup - from all that vamp, hardcore makeup in Europe she suddenly went blank (she doesn't need it, don't get me wrong, it just with the whole look doesn't go). the only thing that looks nice on her are those shoes (which are amazing). i don't get what she and her stylist had in mind when they picked premiere dresses - it's like one person did just prem dresses and the other one all the other outfits for various events.

on the other hand - good god, all these trench coats she has... i can't decide on which i like more...perfection (also, great dress for the Letterman).

SO in love with that Burberry studded dress, she looks fabulousand I actually loved the Ck dress, i thought she looked sleek and loved the shoes and hair accessory
