Lol. She doesn't look like a little boy, but I'm not a fan of this in-between stage that her hair is in.
When it's this length, I think it looks better slicked back like at the Elle show.

However, I love her outfit. It looks comfy and I usually hate pointy toe shoes, but I love those.

You're both right, he goes to both. He's getting a PhD in English at Yale and also studying at RISD concurrently. Seems pretty tricky, but he also attended Columbia and NYU at the same time so he apparently has excellent time management skills.
