It's that time of the year again for Glamour UK to announce the best and worst dressed celebrities in the world.
Clinching the #1 spot on the best dressed list is Emma Watson, which is a huge leap from being ranked as #10 last year.
And a special congrats are in order for Katie Price, who has been named the worst dressed for two years in a row!

Yep. It's pointless to vote for anything against Twilight because they always win. I don't think it's because the Twilight fandom is bigger. Just more obsessive.

I wouldn't mind though, if Emma showed up just because I want to see her.

The HP crew never go to those awards shows. I think the first time was last year when Tom Felton won for Best Villain.
That's the only MTV movie award an HP film has won and the only time one of the actors have gone.

Emma will be filming Perks when this show airs, so she won't be there.

That was during HBP back in 2009, but they just pre-recorded something.
They weren't actually at the show.

That list is a joke Same for the guys btw. How does Stewart tops Moss? both on and off the RC Where is Thandie Newton? If it's only based on RC looks how come Zoe Saldana is not there? I like Watson, I really do but her off RC style is nothing special. I think Knightley is the one who has the coolest off RC style, it may not be for everyone else but it's really her style, it's very distinctive and she really mix it up..

I think Emma deserves this spot because she has fun with her fashion choices and seems to dress appropriately for the events she attends- she will wear a ball gown at major events and more edgy outfits at fashion shows/ awards.
Leighton, Carey and Keira definitely (in my opinion) deserve to be in the top ten though.

I don't know if I think Emma should be no. 1 - she's great at events (due to some help from her stylist) but her casual style is very ~ ordinary? However, I certainly don't agree that Alexa Chung should be higher than Emma since I think Alexa is terribly dressed 9/10 times.

Well I don't really know what they mean by "best dressed". For me it's an overall package,daily style and events. Yes, Watson takes risk and really experiment with designers, cuts, colours on the RC and she looks great most of the time but her daily style is more often than not miss (when she goes out of the "basic", she sometimes makes weird combination, at least for me but that's the beauty of learning) or ordinary. Let's not even start with Stewart.....! However, Knightley gave us some very interesting outfits since she started her play and her events/RC style is good too. That being said their list is very weird, Rihanna appear in both best&worst dressed same for Cheryl Cole. Plus they forgot all the A-list (at least in term of fashion) where is Diane Kruger?? She had an amazing year so far!

^Yes, it's a strange list. Generally, there is a certain amount of bias for all these lists - and of course, none of us reading them are without bias too.

Hmmm maybe i pea-sized amount. She's only my style icon and no.1 obsession and I love her to bits...but no, only a bit.
I feel like perhaps sometimes Emma tries too hard with her outfits, tries to make them interesting...so often it's a miss for me :/

Diane Kruger comes in at 17. She should have been much higher.
Lara Stone doesn't even make the list. Ah well. I'm just happy for Emma.

^Well it was voted on by the public, so I don't take it seriously.
Emma has fantastic style, but she definitely doesn't ace it 100% of the time.
But what I like about her style is that you can tell it comes natural, she doesn't think about it too much.

However, that whole top 10 needs to be re-arranged. It's not even remotely accurate.
A lot of those people shouldn't even have made the top 50.
