Emma Watson to study at Oxford

Actress Emma Watson is all set to join the prestigious Oxford University after quitting her course at Rhode Island's Brown University.

The 'Harry Potter' star had enrolled at the renowned university in Rhode Island to study English literature, but dropped out in April 11, amid rumours she was being bullied by classmates, reported Contactmusic.

However, Watson, 21, dismissed the rumours, insisting she simply wanted to tackle a different course not offered by Brown.

She will be joining Oxford University's Worcester College on October 11. Brown University has a transfer programme allowing students to move to other universities for a year, one of which is Oxford.

Watson, who has lived in the county of Oxfordshire since she was a child, said she would not feel homesick during her stint at Oxford.

^That's just a rumor. There's a chance she may be studying abroad, but will still be a student at Brown.
She will be in her 3rd year at Brown when the Fall starts and that's when most students choose to study abroad.

^Yeah.. But in interviews, she said she'll be going back in autumn for her third year or junior year, I think.. Can't recall which interviews now though.. And in the JustJared article, it says this:

Don't hold your breath Remember how long it took her to announce that she was going to be attending Brown? Either way I'm glad she's decided to continue her education!

that Vogue cover is amazing! the whole spread actually is done really nicely, and i like it a lot! those pics with the boys, they kinda remind me of her Burberry campaign, but overall it's one great spread! very futuristic and amazing!

I don't think it's anyone's business though, where she decides to continue. But I am happy that she goes back to school. I think there's a certain very likeable quality in being able to resist the quick cash and fame and still do things "the hard way".
