Pretty sure it's Balmain.

^yeah it is Balmain, the bottom of the jacket on the burberry jacket is rounded, as the one emmanuelle is wearing is more pointed and is an identical copy of many of the jackets from the Balmain fall 2010 show, just in a navy color, although the burberry does look very similar
