While Alt's VP was spectacular when compared to the mess we have now her later issues were rather mediocre. There usually was one solid ed but the rest was just forgettable fillers. I have to admit though, that even at her worst she always had a distinct point of view that made VP stand out.

Couldn´t agree more. I purchased the March issue of Vogue France with Laetitia Casta on the cover and it made me miss Alt´s Vogue Paris so much. Yes, it got samey but it was an aesthetic and a vision that I enjoyed very much, whereas the new Vogue France seems to have no vision at all and no distinct identity
