I think it might be Balenciaga. I don't remember it on the women's runway, but I have a very similar men's one on order from Barney's (although, it has gold not silver buttons).

I love her outfit in outfit in 364, so edgy but stylish i even dont mind the cargo pockets on the pants which usuallu I dislike but it works on her and i love the open toe booties with it

That is one thing I wish Balenciaga would do.. tone down some of the styles and I often find myself drooling over the men's pieces.. knowing that it will never ever fit my body shape.

Emmanuelle is very tall so I think she can get away with men's tailoring... she often wears Dior Homme.. I'm so jealous now.
