first, i love russian esquire's simple design. they are all outstanding for many reasons.
second, i don't understand all the negative comments. unlike much of natalia's recent work, this is such a strong and serene cover with a very lauren bacall-ish vibe. is it seriously just me who's getting this old hollywood silver screen star off-duty feeling?

Hadn't caught the Lauren Bacall vibe, but now that you say it, you're totally right... loving it even more.

This picture displays her in a new way, we are not used to have this kind of strong portrait of her (usually she is the young sweet girl). I think that is the high contrast that gives this effect, and it's very interesting !
