Children of her grandfather - Stavros Niarchos

(By third and fifth wife Eugenia Livanos, whom he never divorced under Greek law), he had issue one daughter and three sons:
  1. Maria Isabella Niarchos, a breeder of thoroughbreds. Married to Stephane Gouaze. Mother of two children: Athur Niarchos and Mia Niarchos
  2. Philippos, known as Philippe Niarchos, art collector.married in 1984 to today to Victoria Guinness Niarchos (b. 1960), younger daughter of Patrick Benjamin Guinness (himself son of Loel Guinness and Princess Joan Aly Khan, later Viscountess Camrose). They had four children together:[3]
    1. Stavros Niarchos (b. 1985),
    2. Eugenie Niarchos (b. 1986)
    3. Theodorakis Niarchos (b. 1991)[3]
    4. Electra Niarchos (b. 1995)[3]
  3. Spyros (b. 1955) married 1987 (divorced 1999) The Hon. Daphne Suzannah Diana Guinness (b. 1967),[4] younger legitimate daughter of the 3rd Baron Moyne by his second wife Suzanne Lisney (d. 2005 of lung cancer)[5], and had issue three children, including two sons. Spyros is a good friend of Prince Ernest Augustus of Hannover and was his best man at his wedding to Princess Caroline of Monaco. At the wedding she was given some Arab horses which now are at the family residence in Frene, Normandy
    1. Nicolas Stavros Niarchos, or Nick Niarchos (b. 1989)[6] He currently attends Yale
    2. Alexis Spyros Niarchos (b. 1991)[7]
    3. Ines Niarchos (b. 1995). Most websites do not list her.
  4. Konstantin, or Constantin Niarchos (1962-1999); married 1stly 1987 (div) Donna Alessandra Borghese, no issue; married 2ndly the artist Silvia Martin, no issue.[3] He was the first Greek to scale Mt. Everest. At his death, of a cocaine overdose, The Independent (UK) reported he had left a billion dollars as his share of his late father's estate.

Yes, The Niarchos family are so big and yet they seem so close! They have that fantastic Greek island where they go to have the big reunions. Who owns it though? Probably Spyros

OMG Eugenie's ........erm.... aunt? Daphne seems like such a space cadet!!:lol:I want to say, "earth to Daphne, lower your dose, woman!" :p
 
Oh wait, I just remembered about that party, I think. I think that was the one that colluded with the Czarina launch ??? At the Ritz hotel right? And Eugenie wore that long lovely blue dress and posed with Gaia and Caroline? I remember this because it surprised me that Eugenie was so much more dressed up, and I think someone said it was like a joint party for the launch and her birthday?

There was a big party lol. The house where it was on was simply amazing and massive, the view of the sea was incredible. It happened off the coast of Ibiza. The house was in a secluded part of a private islandB). It was on over 2 days lol. It happened a few months ago now... I have never heard anything about it publicly.

Her birthday is not in October.
The Repossi launch was not a co-birthday party...

Was the island it was on Formentera? I know it's trivial and has nothing to do with style though. :p I wonder if Eugenie ever invites all of her friends to her family's Greek island. btw, fashion_baby, I do agree that it seems unfair that eugenie has kind of reputation. I've seen people post that she's like a ice princess but I think she is just like with the invasive media, because it seems like when she is (seemingly) unaware of being photographed she seems totally unguarded, smiling and cracking up with her friends. So I am guessing you just have to get past the reserve and she probably makes it very much worth the effort. I know a lot of people from famous old families have a kind of social paranoia around strangers. :p
 
I completely agree Chewsteraghi. Plus I remember reading at Stavros' thread someone that met her and said she was very sweet and surprisinly down-to-earth, and was joking with a friend about wearing each others clothes. So aparentely she is very nice.
 
I won't say where her birthday party was on, as I feel that is a little too private information. Eugenie is a very nice girl, the reputation she has is extremely unfair. Yes its true she is not open to people she doesn't know, but for someone in her situation I do think it is to be expected... She is extremely sweet, and very loving and has a very sweet way about her, which is hard to explain unless you know her.
