Someone at the royal forums said that the guy is named Marc and that he currently lives in Washington DC. Apparently he is friends with Julio Mario Santo Domingo Jr. (Tatiana's brother). I'm not sure if all this is true, but the person said that they are friends with Marc and Julio, and that they saw Marc and Eugenie together at a party in NYC.
