i should say : I dont have a proof that eugenio photographed this..i'm 99.99 sure it was him, it's so his work and he's done the ads for Custo in the last 2 seasons.

eugenio recuenco is a spaniard photographer who is a pain in the ***, because he always insists in doing whatever he wants. He works for quite a number of customers both in advertising and editorial all over the world, who are a pain in the *** too, because they always want to do whatever they like. Out of these fights between hardheadeds it has been possible to rescue the images for this web site, some better, some worse, but made with lots of illusion and with the support of a great team, which is known as “”the eye of Frosker”. some of his work reminds me of custo barcelona ads.. which isn't necessarily a bad thing i guess..

the way he seems to isolate or highlight certain colors seems interesting...

i like that there seems to be so much going on in the photographs... after the initial look at the models you can really take in the interesting details in the background and let a story come together in your head.

I don't think the does much in Photoshop, it's all about the skills
of lighting. I'm guessing that he photographs his subjects in a darkened
enviroment with reflectors focused just on them. It is very magical indeed.
But what I am attracted to the most is his way of photographing
panoramas. It is godly.

Personally, this is my all-time favourite among all the editorials. I wish I
could live forever in it!
