Eva Pigford is a commercial model. She models for the likes of CoverGirl cosmentics, Elle Girl (which isn't really high fashion), Essence (not that high fashion, although the black community claims they're the Black Vogue), Applebottoms, King Magazine, and the likes. She has done a few NY/LA fashion shows, but that's pretty much it. I can't wait for her 8 page spread on Vogue Magazine. I think she will be more respected as a model if she is not in British Vogue or US Vogue, cause they always put actresses and singers there. I hope Eva models for high fashion. I know she's short. But at least TRY Eva. Don't just make a livign like Naima, by showing up at events and looking pretty. It seems like your main goal is to be on the best dressed list. Nobody will respect you as a model, unless you stop doing events and start modeling high fashion, less commercial.

I'm pretty sure her CG contract is over. She only had 2 ads. And I find it funny how you referred to her as a model. This is a reality show- not a model maker!

Totally agree with MUJ. It's not about respect it's primarily about genetics. She's not high fash, end of story. Add to that the Kiss of Death of gaining fame through reality TV and there's just no way. If I were her I would stick to Bai Ling'ing it at events, and milking my 15 minutes.

I like Eva, I don't see why so many people dislike her so much. What did she do to you to make you hate her so much . Give her a break she's not perfect and neither are any of you. ^ True, but that goes for ALL the girls that were on the ANTM show. I just read so many mean comments and I just had to ask why so much hatred towards one persons? Who I doubt even reads their comments but that is beside the point. I don't dislike a person I do not know, and I surely don't hate a person I don't know( for something so small that you probably seen them do on television that was most likely edited to make them seem cruel). I've met people who were lucky enough to meet Eva and they came back to me saying good things about her. I think we should all be happy for her and whoever else was on the show and made a career as a model. I mean if you had the opportunity to be on the show would you pass on the deal? It's not easy being on reality tv, but it's a lot harder to be known as a reality tv star and bashed for being a model. Spread the love ( unless this forum is just for throwing stones ) , or at least be a little nicer
