I really like Natura Bisse's Sensitive Cream for calming down redness and sensitivity, irritation. And its not so outrageously priced...just under $80 US Dollars.

Seconding LTEC's recommendation - Natura Bisse sensitive line is great basic care for any kind of irritated skin, I just started using the gel cream which is much better for me in the warmer weather. My other recommendation would be the REN Hydra-Calm Global Protection Day Cream, which I used a couple of times and found to be very soothing, and overall I have found REN to be the most effective of the all-natural ranges I have tried

I searched every store nearby but no one has natura bisse

so I'm going to order from strawberrynet I think, even in Europa not many websites offer it -> it's a reliable site I think?

any other recommendations on cleansers perhaps? now I have the ultracalming cleanser from dermalogica (luckily just a small 50ml bottle) but when I put it on the sent irritates my eyes a lot and I'm not getting used to it

I'm loving the precleanse and daily microfoliant though, the barrier repair is ok but not wow

Another suggestion for a gentle foaming cleanser is Clarins, same name-Gentle Foaming Cleanser, which they've reformulated for dry/sensitive skin and normal to oilier skins. I've used it before, its mild and very hydrating, rinses well, no tight feeling leftover.

Has anyone used Chanel Precision cleansers? I was at this store yesterday that is going out of business so everything is 25% off which isnt a lot, but they have a Chanel counter and I was looking at the Chanel Radiance Cleansing Foam and another one, very similiar name...now I know Chanel is notorious for using fragrances in their skincare and I cant use that on my skin, but I was mildly curious about these cleansers, plus cosmetics never go on sale. I searched makeupalley.com for reviews, but wanted to know if anyone here has used Chanel Precision foaming cleansers, the radiance one, and the other, I dont remember the exact name, but its for sensitive skin....anyway Valkyrie do report back if you end up finding Natura Bisse, Neiman Marcus would probably be really expensive to ship some Natura Bisse your way, but I just thought I would link it so you could check it out...

I did some searching on strawberrynet and heard lots of products are fake and you don't always receive your order

I looked into neimanmarcus as you suggested but I read this saying I can't order online?: (Online) At this time, we are only able to allow online orders for Canadian addresses. It is not possible to specify any other international destination or U.S. territory when placing an order online.
-> I tried it and when checking out you can only chose united states/canada as a country

so back to searching online: I came across www.harrods.com but they don't have the cream I want

you can order some natura bisse products at SpaceNK but you just have to contact customer services for international deliveries - might be worth it if they have the product you want

I also found a site in the Netherlands that carries natura bisse but not the cream I want so I also contacted them, hopefully I can manage to find it, thanks for the help!

Sometimes, and I am not familiar yet because I havent searched for the sites you mention, but sometimes the entire line is so extensive that its not all mentioned on sites perhaps? But good luck in finding the NB product you want, what cream is it?

the local site already responded but they are expensive 95 dollars for the cream + about 20 dollars shipping

I also recommend Ren's skincare. Not outrageously expensive, either. I paid about $45 USD for Vitamineral Day Cream and my skin looks great. It has free-radical fighting ingredients in it and is a natural product. It smells like roses!

I also found another site in the netherlands who has almost everything (but more expensive than NK), so I have found suppliers enough will let you know how the cream works out

i do love La Prairie Anti Aging Stress cream. I know that its overprices (around 200 USD) But I love it! Have tried De la mer, but it gives me brake outs.

I've been wanting to try that myself, I have used the Anti-Aging Intervention Cream, that was the first product they introduced of that line, now there is an Anti-Aging Day/Night and a serum and they release so many products it can get confusing!!

totally agree! The anti-aging stress cream you can use day and night ( I also use it under make up) so you dont have to buy extra day or night cream. Love how soft the skin becomes after applying it! My husband steals it oftenly !!!

i am not that great with skincare (i've always had ace skin, so i've never bothered), but i do want to start an anti-aging something or another. i use sunscreen (vichy) and wash my face with boscia's makeup cleanser which i LOVE. it is fairly inexpensive, and you only need a tiny bit. you apply it to your eyes and let it sit a few seconds and the next time you wipe, the makeup just glides off, even if you have on a ton. it's really amazing stuff and you don't have to tug and pull at the skin around your eyes.

in the past i've had great luck with shiseido skincare (i got a ton in a goody bag and that's how i tried it). should i get the moisturizer and eye cream or just the moisturizer? i'm not getting the benefiance pieces as they're probably too mature for my skin, but when i read the eye cream description it basically just sounds like a moisturizer? any opinions?

To some extent I can understand why people splurge on eye-serums or overnight creams and so forth which remain on the skin for a couple of hours, but for the life of me don't get why some choose to shell out $100 for 50 ml of cleanser when a cheaper alternative gives equally good results.

The only ultra "expensive" skincare product I've bought till now was Creme de la Mer and it proved to be one horrible buy. It was so thick it made me break out, and I didn't observe a pig jot of difference. Moderately priced (in the ballpark of $100 for serums/creams and about $50 for cleansers/toners) lines like Biologique Recherche or Kiehl's work better for me than any La Prairie or La Mer or ReVive. I certainly can't imagine spending more than about $100 on serums/creams/masks and more than $30 on cleansers/toners/exfoliators. I might make an exception for a truly exceptional and specialised skincare product like a microdermabrasion kit or peels, but in general spending $400 on a night cream seems silly when putting some hyaluronic acid that costs $15 makes my skin equally soft and glowing.

Maybe I'll sing a different tune when I hit 40.

I personally think high end skincare is generally b.s. I get all my skin info or most of it anyway from a site called Essential Day Spa. There are threads on high end products sure but a lot of people just use retinoids, copper peptides etc.
