It's Vogue Italia, they aren't a gossip site and they clearly have industry sources .

And I'm not saying to anyone they should believe them, but that's who I'm believing over someone who won't reveal their source, and I'm not saying that member is wrong but it's hardly concrete information.

Everyone's just got the appreciate what's posted in this thread. And discuss it. Come July/August we'll know which sites and members were trustworthy.

As for Natasha and Versace, I couldn't be more happier. Although if Natasha was dropped, I'll have to come to terms with that.. like everyone else. Here's to trustworthy sources !

What's the deal with campaigns anyway? Do the photographers decide who are in it? Or the designer? Or together?

Multiple decision in most cases while designers have always the final say. Stylists, Photographers and sometimes casting directors suggest girls to designers and they say either yes or no. Some designers are quite reasonable (Francisco Costa) while others (Karl Lagerfeld) aren't.

I don't think that things should e looked at in such a black and white way. I don't know if what Vitamin W stated will turn out to be 100% accurate but clearly s/he has access to credible information. The same applies to vogue.it, The Imagist, fashionologie, vogue.uk and others. The reason why I say this is because if we start strongly disparaging someone be it a tFS member or an industry publication (although a little snark does not hurt if it is the latter (Australian Candice Swanepoel )) for not being 100% right-100% of the time, then we are setting ourselves up to not get any insider information / gossip until the magazines come out or a statement is released to WWD or other media.

How can you say such a thing about Karl Lagerfeld, after all designer Karl Lagerfeld always listens to photographer Karl Lagerfeld and casting director Karl Lagerfeld.

CK fragrance Update: No Madelen, no Merethe Hopland and no Patricia van de Vliet for ck fragrance - The campaign was reshot with a new cast cause the former output was "too controversial".

at your comment about Lagerfeld Agee! And I understand your comment about magazines, it's not confirmed who will be in Versace, however the comments in any thread with so many different information you can't say that Natasha, Candice etc. are for sure in it and spreading that, I don't think that sounds about right..

The only one who is safe to say she is in Versace will be Saskia de Brauw (as she is esp. mentioned). Vitamin W has been right multiple times, so I trust his information over others and do believe Versace is OG. But come on with gossip and sources about Prada, MJ, Balenciaga and so on!

the facts; all girls mentioned by vogue.it were shot in individually preselected looks. A lot of unsatisfactory energy on set. Last day all looks were reshot on model 5, including her specific looks with the intention of delivering an only girl campaign. Whatever happened in the editing process afterwards is beyond me. Either M&M or Donatella et.al. may have decided to use all of them anyway or a selection of them or only one girl. Some of the models were kept in the dark after the shoot while last model was told she'd be OG. Oh and this is nothing new, this happens all the time, and then some. In this business people change their minds every nanosecond. These girls are literally treated like clothes hangers sometimes.
My information was 100% accurate. Do whatever you like with what I choose to share here.
