hmmm...all i know is that they were always at topshop! i've never bought a pair but my friend loves them. she says they're pretty comfy
They are not anymore, they lost the concession a while ago, shame.
So your friend loved it huh..
Faith was somewhere I went in my late teens, but they got a bit rubbish. Lately they seem to be doing more daring edgy stuff though, which is good news.
I haven't shopped at faith in a while but it's kind of what you see is what you get. The quality is alright (nothing great) but the prices aren't that high either.
I haven't been to London in in over a year so wouldn't know now, sadly.
Yep, she was a big fan.
When you say Edgy? You mean the design or the whole look?
Well. being brutally honesty, the shop became just somewhere for a certain type of girl, as in, fake tan, fake nails, fake hair, but lately I've seen some really beautiful stuff in there, like the leopard print shoes, and their take on the heeled gladiator is something I must buy. It's just a shame there is no shop in kingston anymore, it's somewhere me and my friend always used to meet since 1992![]()
Well, as I said, being honest, the type of girl in there tended to be quite fake looking. I think the problem was firstly, the sketchers, which haven't been good design wise for many years, and a lot of the heels could be slightly tacky looking.
However, they were and are becoming much more up to date, and the quality has certainly looked better of recent years. I think the issue for Faith is that they lost their place in the market as Office was of a similar price, but with more designer brands, trainers, and a really good range of styles. Faith, in my opinion, need to look to brands like Kurt Geiger or Carvela even, and be the same sort of quality, but more daring and cutting edge (but not ludicrous like Irregular Choice).
Faith seem to be getting better, but I still prefer Office or Moda in Pelle
Ya I agree with you, they will do so much better if they look up to KG..
How about the price wise? Do you think Faith's price are ok?
What is a good in-store event that will attracts you?
xx
