The hair is not great, but she's always trying something different and that, I LOVE. She is styled to perfection though. Those earrings look like something Liz Taylor would be proud of.

Her makeup base looks exaggeratedly pale. Don't get me wrong, I am a very pale Scandinavian myself, but hers borders on ashy, and looks unflattering, especially when the finish is so matte.
