There are few things, it seems, that Milan Vukmirovic can’t do. Cofounder of Paris’s famed Colette, a renowned photographer and stylist, as well as the men’s designer for Ports 1961, he is also the editor-in-chief and founder of Fashion For Men, the hefty biannual launched in 2011 to offer a luxurious take on menswear. This week, he offers a departure from his usual format with his first summer issue, with 150 pages devoted entirely to Chad White, who buzzed his hair back to his memorable earlier look for the first time in years for the project. “I think Chad is one of the sexiest top models, and I always loved him with a shaved head,” Vukmirovic explains.
The entire issue is free of advertising and text, allowing Vukmirovic, who photographed and styled every page with his fashion director Scarlett Viquel, the freedom to create an independent project without constraints. The seven fashion stories capture different facets of White’s personality, bringing to light all the qualities that have made him a major star. “Our sole focus was to create incredibly sexy and beautiful images,” says Vukmirovic. “The issue is easy, hot, and fun—just like summer should be.”

Yup, sold. Count me in.

Chad White naked how groundbreaking...

Indeed, and Milan didn´t even try to have an interesting pose or face, it´s just his butt showing and a ``I´m thinking of something but I´m naked´´-type of face. Can we really consider this fashion?? It´s not because the coverline says ``fashion´´that you can call this a fashion magazine. Where is the clothing on the cover? ... I like Chad very much but this is ridiculous and it does not work for me.

Looks like Milan's been looking at Adon magazine's aesthetic for some inspiration.

It is nice to see him finally leave the bland, white seamless of his studio for some outdoor attitude.

Thanks Scotty for the posts!

Ordered it today from Colette. Can't bloody wait.

Technically it's not number 6, but a special hors-série summer issue.

The only thing that worries me is:

a departure from his usual format with his first summer issue

I really hope it's the same size and shape of the other 5 issues otherwise my OCD will get the best of me.

I guess the title should be "Summer Issue #1"?

I just ordered mine from there too, but I never got a confirmation email. I hope it goes through. I'm disappointed it's not the same format, but excited nonetheless. I love Chad.

I think the pose is actually quite interesting. Not what you typically see. Which is why I think it works.

I do find the tagine funny considering there's a stark lack of fashion. Lol. Maybe that's the point though.

Is it fashion when Kate Moss shows her t**s in practically every "fashion" editorial she's in? Not sure why female nudity is so celebrated on here, and nobody splits hairs about whether it's fashion or not, but the second there's a naked man people start dissecting it..

Indeed it´s not fashion and I also ``dissect´´it as you say. The same with Miranda Kerr naked on Australian Harper´s Bazaar a few months ago. It´s plain ridiculous. I don´t have a problem with nudity, I´m a photographer so I appreciate it like everyone else but on A cover of a FASHION magazine, then no, it does not make sense to me at least.
